Tomorrow, Friday, September 21st is the last day for voting on the submissions for panels at the 2008 South by Southwest Interactive Conference. If you have a moment, it would be great if you could vote for Frank and I. It just takes a few moments to register and vote. See my previous post for…
Thanks to an invitation from LG Canada back in December, I was able to meet and photograph some of the team members of the then proposed team for Canada’s Snowboard Cross (SBX) Olympians. From left: MaĆ«lle Ricker, Rob Fagan, and Drew Neilson They still had a number of qualifying events to compete in before the…
As in I’ve had it for 12 hours….not a 12 hour long review….although there are a lot of pictures. Obviously I haven’t had it long enough to really put it through it’s paces but here’s a bunch of photos and a few thoughts. As with all Apple products, the packaging alone is a fantastic customer…

Hmmm.. I have the Nikon 50mm 1.8… what’s the advantage of getting a 35mm 1.8?
Thanks John!
It’s just a wider prime…I’m finding I prefer to use faster primes than much slower zooms lately (can’t even remember the last time I put a zoom on my camera). At it’s price point, it’s cheap enough to have one in my bag.
I also have a 50mm f1/4 lens which is my second favorite lens after my fisheye.
