heh, spit, I know this is old. I have never acutally got a phone through rogers (always bought my own phones). I get denied for upgrades no matter what I do. The only way I got a phone was to threaten to leave their service.

Just an FYI.
I was speaking with a Rogers Representative yesterday and found out that this was just a “promotion” and the promotion ended on September 15th.

Interesting news indeed considering a week ago I couldn’t do it at all. Now how should I esclate this? I don’t think they will actually do anything for me now since I went from Rogers to Fido. Tanya what do you think?

Believe me I know what this means….I paid an extra $100 for my 3G because of my wife’s upgrade earlier this year (couples plan FTL) and have read that some people were getting that credited back….I’ve tried twice on the phone with Rogers to get the credit and no dice so far.

You’d think Gus and Tanya would have good reason to escalate it. I’m not quite sure what their criteria is for the credit though.
