For instance, I asked if the iPhone would be sold via Rogers or Fido or both. Their media rep told me they hadn't yet announced that. I pointed out to her that, in fact, when you click "How to Buy an iPhone" both companies appear (as per John's image in this post). Even after THAT, she said she couldn't announce anything. Uh, okay. It was rather bizarre how Rogers didn’t really know (or weren’t talking) about some of the basic things.
